Location was good. It was a walk-able distance to nearby fast food; Bob's Big Boy, a pizza place, a country cafe and Starbucks, and did not have to cross the road to get to them. Bed was extremely comfortable, air conditioning was good. The pool in front looked inviting and clean. The hotel sits across from a park with some walking/running paths. Free breakfast had a number of decent choices.

The intuitive, friendly staff. Samantha, the front desk clerk when I checked in. I’d asked about how food delivery to my room worked. After I said I was a Hawaii native, we chatted more about the Islands. She intuitively asked if I like poke and sashimi. I love it. She’s a very professional active communicator. She wants to help guests. She belongs in Hospitality, I believe.

The location was great and convenient. We had a very smooth and easy check in and check out process. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel lobby and corridors were decorated nicely, simply and were clean and not cluttered.

This hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very pleasant. Our room was spacious (even with 2 queens in it). The bathroom was large. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. We will definitely stay here again

My best friend and I stayed here after attending a concert at the Silverlakes venue. The room was spacious and very clean. I appreciated the amenities and the bed and pillows were heavenly! Continental breakfast did not disappoint!

the city of norco doesn’t seem too eventful but the hotel itself was a lovely place to stay, had a pool, offered breakfast, the staff was friendly, all collectively making it a great experience.

It was very nice, but a bit spendy. I was in town for a family funeral, so for the little time i was in the hotel, it was more than i would have liked to have spent. I asked about a AAA discount, but was told the price i paid was better than that. Hope so. Do you give discounts for some situations? My cousin is ill (the one whose mother died) and has 24/7 care so when i come out again i will need a hotel. The thing is is that i spend the whole day with her and just sleep at the hotel. Just curious.

Great place to stay , very clean and comfortable with great breakfast options. Loved that our room had high ceiling, making the room feel cozy. Will definitely stay here again.

I liked that they they accommodated us at the time we needed the room at 2am and didn't try to charge us for two nights . Like a few others wanted, too.
